Derek Prosser attended the University of North Dakota in his home state, where he graduated summa cum laude before obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007.
After law school, Mr. Prosser moved to the nation’s capital, and after many successful years honing his legal bankruptcy skills, Mr. Prosser moved back to Texas, where he attended law school and became a partner at Toronjo & Prosser Law in 2013.
Mr. Prosser is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, and the Virginia State Bar, and is licensed to practice law before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
His professional practice areas and representative focuses include debt negotiations, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and business formations.
With a seamless approach to solving his clients’ problems inside and outside the courtroom, Mr. Prosser aggressively identifies the necessary components of their legal struggles to allow them to find relief from the pressures they are enduing.
