James Harris

James E. Harris attended Arizona State University, where he received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees before attending the Creighton University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree and fulfilled his lifelong dream of following in his father’s footsteps by becoming an attorney.

Currently, Mr. Harris is a highly accomplished board-certified civil trial advocate through the National Board of Trial Advocacy with his own firm, Harris & Associates, and has been admitted to the Nebraska State Bar since 1979.

Mr. Harris provides personal care and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes for his clients in the personal injury practice areas of large truck accidents, motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and slip and fall cases.

His practice areas also extend to Workers’ Compensation, including job-related injuries, construction site accidents, and workplace violence.

With a determined focus on extenuating injury circumstances where negligence leads to catastrophic harm including nursing home abuse, burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries, Mr. Harris pursues exacting solutions for those who need continued care to ensure their quality of life is the first concern for everyone involved.
