Ms. Grimes’s accolades continued while she was named as the Past President of the Alexandria Bar Association, was recognized as a Top Attorney from Washingtonian Magazine, and operated as the co-chair on the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee.
Later serving on the Chair of a scholarship program for youths who have overcome adversity, the Beat the Odds Program, Ms. Grimes also participated in the American Bar Association program offering legal assistance to victims of the September 11, 2001, attacks.
